The committee for BONITOS 2025 – the Bone and Orthopedics Interdisciplinary Symposium – invites abstract submissions and registrations. This event, sponsored by the Société de Biomécanique, will take place on June 13 in Lyon.
This prestigious symposium, supported by the French-speaking Society of Biomechanics and the New York chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), brings together leading researchers, practitioners, and professionals in the fields of bone health, biomechanics, and orthopedics. This year, the focus will be on the biomechanics of implants.
Invited Speaker (on-site): Deepak Vashishth, Professor and Director of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Center for Biotechnology & Interdisciplinary Studies (CBIS, USA), conducting breakthrough research on bones. We invite you to submit abstracts in the following areas:
- Clinical Sciences, covering rehabilitation, diagnosis, and treatment in orthopaedics.
- Fundamental Sciences, focusing on tissue characterization, imaging, and in vitro evaluation in orthopaedics.
- A poster session dedicated to student presentations, with awards.

BONITOS 2025 will take place on June 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Médiathèque Paul Zech, Faculté de Médecine, Lyon Est, Bâtiment J.F. Cier, 8 avenue Rockefeller, sur le Campus Rockefeller à Lyon, France.
